Academic Eligibility Undergraduate

Important for all candidates

  • Applicant for admission MUST MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS set-forth by Bahria University.
  • Candidates are advised to CONFIRM THEIR ELIGIBILITY prior apply.
  • In case of annual system, eligibility will be determined on the basis of result in percentages.
  • In case of semester system, eligibility will be determined on the basis of CGPA obtained out of 4.00.
  • In case the result is shown both in CGPA and percentage, CGPA will be considered.

The academic eligibility of each program is elaborated as under:

DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES (BULC)

1. BBA (4 Years)

 Eligibility Criteria

Intermediate or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks (excluding NCC) in any discipline.

2. BS (Business & Information Technology) (4 Years)

Eligibility Criteria

Intermediate or its equivalent with a minimum of 45% marks (excluding NCC) in any discipline.

3. BS (English) (4 Years)

Intermediate or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks (excluding NCC) in any discipline.

DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCES (BULC)

4. BS(CS) (4 Years)

Minimum 50% marks in Intermediate (HSSC) Examination (Pre-Medical/Pre-Engg.) or equivalent qualification with Mathematics certified by IBCC.

Note: For Pre-Medical students, the following two deficiency courses of 3 credit hours will be taught.

  • Fundamentals of Mathematics I GSC 103 (3 Credit Hours)
  • Fundamentals of Mathematics II GSC 104 (3 Credit Hours)

“Students with Pre-medical background must furnish an undertaking that they must pass deficiency courses of Mathematics of 6 credit hours within one year of their regular studies. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of admission without any fee refund.”

5. BS(IT) (4 Years)

Minimum 50% marks in Intermediate (HSSC) Examination (Pre-Medical/Pre-Engg.) or equivalent qualification with Mathematics certified by IBCC.

Note: For Pre-Medical students, the following two deficiency courses of 3 credit hours will be taught.

  • Fundamentals of Mathematics I GSC 103 (3 Credit Hours)
  • Fundamentals of Mathematics II GSC 104 (3 Credit Hours)

7. BS (Clinical Psychology) (4years)

Waiver in Eligibility for Lahore Campus

Intermediate/A-level/Equivalent with at least 45% marks.
