Program Title: MS Environmental Policy and Management (EPM)
Program Description: The Environmental Policy and Management (EPM) postgraduate program is an interdisciplinary course designed to equip students with the knowledge, analytical tools, and practical skills needed to address complex environmental challenges. It focuses on the intersection of environmental science, public policy, governance, and sustainable development.
This program prepares graduates to understand and influence the processes by which environmental decisions are made and implemented, from local to global levels. Students explore key issues such as climate change, biodiversity loss, environmental justice, natural resource management, and sustainable development strategies.
Program Education Objectives:
PEO-1 Demonstrate interdisciplinary knowledge of environmental policy, sustainability principles, and management strategies to design and implement solutions for national and global problems
PEO-2 Exhibit leadership and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders, including policymakers, communities, and industry leaders, in addressing environmental issues and promoting sustainable development. PEO-3 Build critical thinking, innovation, and evidence-based approaches to analyze environmental policies, assess their impacts, and develop adaptive strategies
