The Punjab Higher Education Department (HED) has announced the CM Punjab Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Programme (Phase-IV) under the initiative of the Government of Punjab, offering 100% tuition fee coverage for the entire degree programme to students selected under the scheme, subject to fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria.
Under this phase, undergraduate students holding a valid Punjab domicile and enrolled in semester-based degree programmes during the Fall 2026 intake are eligible to apply. Students enrolled in Associate Degree Programmes (ADP) are not eligible. The last date for online application submission is 9 November 2026.
