Discovering Knowledge

Plantation Drive at Gul Mohar City:

IPP students conducted an Emotional Regulation and Well-being Session with Grade 3 and 4 students.

The session included activities such as Bubble Breathing, Emotion Freeze Dance, the 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding Race, Inside Weather Check, and the Community Ripple Circle. Through breathing exercises, movement-based activities, grounding techniques, emotional reflection, and collaborative discussions, students learned practical strategies for recognizing and regulating emotions.

The session fostered confidence, resilience, kindness, and teamwork, while equipping children with age-appropriate skills to support their emotional well-being.
