The Faculty Development Academy’s mandate to provide training courses on soft and hard skills for faculty in areas of proposal writing, submission, research activities, solicitation of research projects, innovative teaching methodologies, use of software etc. Furthermore, opportunities are being created for the faculty of Bahria University in collaboration with the outside industry and HEC in areas like best teaching practices, Micro Teaching Heuristic Method of teaching etc. LDC regularly organizes “Faculty Orientation and Training Program” (FOTP) to keep newly inducted faculty members abreast with least innovation in teaching pedagogies and to acclimatize them in BU environment.
