Memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the Bahria University and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Government of Pakistan

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the Bahria University and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Government of Pakistan, was signed on Thursday, September 09, 2021, at the Bahria University premises. Cdre Shafqat Azad SI(M) Sbt, the Registrar, signed the MOU on behalf of the Bahria University, whereas Ms. Tehmina Aamer, Chief FATE, signed it on behalf of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Through this MOU, both the institutions agreed on promoting tax-related awareness among the youth in higher education institutions to foster the taxation culture. Under the MOU, the FBR shall provide experiential learning opportunities for the students’ educational and professional development through various means, including conducting training sessions, seminars, and tax awareness campaigns.
