Head of Department
It was a challenge but definitely a positive experience to head the department of community and preventive dentistry. The department is head is dedicated to address many of the society’s most pressing oral health care challenges by integrating oral health education, prevention and primary clinical care through students ‘ teaching and training. The department has strong tradition of service to the community through community outreach program under the umbrella of ‘Journey towards Healthy Smile’ focusing on vulnerable, underprivileged and deprived population. Services to special needs patients are also under our agenda. I appreciate the efforts of my team and look forward to continue with the same enthusiasm.
