The 50th Defense Day of Pakistan was celebrated with national fervor and solidarity in order to pay tribute to the ‘Shuhadas’ and ‘Ghazis’ of 1965 war at Bahria University Medical & Dental College. Special Dua was offered for those who sacrificed their lives for the protection of their motherland. The ceremony was attended by a large number of students, faculty members and staff. Director General BUMDC hoisted the flag featured national songs and address by the speakers. One minute silence was also observed in remembrance of the ‘Shuhadas’. All participants pledged to work alongwith Armed Forces for the development of Pakistan and to fight against the external and internal enemy.
