Management Sciences & Career Services Department (MS) of Bahria University Lahore Campus are creating new solutions with high innovations in joining hands with the industry. Senior Lecturers Mr. Qaiser Malik & Miss Rabia Abrar organized an Industrial Exposure Workshop. Mr. Ali Raza Zaidi ( Head of Management Development Center & Corporate Human Resources) from Descon Engineering Limited, was invited on 2nd April 2019 to deliver lecture on HR policies, practices & issues at Descon Recruitment & selection Training & Development Management Training Programs BBA students of HR participated in this workshop, the students were given an insight into the HR department, processes & actions in industry, this Innovative Workshop helped BULC in bridging the gap between academia and industry.
