Objectives of the BBA program

Objectives of the BS (A&F) Program

  • The aim of the program is to give students an understanding of accounting and finance that will be useful throughout their career. We require students to master some techniques, and to understand their practical applications.
  • Gain a focused understanding of finance and accounting functions in a business.
    Inculcate practical decision-making skills based on financial and accounting frameworks.
  • Provide a pathway to professional certifications (CA, ACCA and CFA).
  • Develop a critical understanding of how Accounting and Finance operate in a range of different institutional settings.
  • A holistic university experience with ample chances for personal development knowledge and conceptual understanding of the basic theoretical approaches and contemporary issues in financial accounting, management accounting and finance.

Objectives of the MS Finance Program

The MS Finance program comprises coursework and supervised research thesis. It is meant for graduates seeking to extend and deepen their knowledge by undertaking research investigation under the supervision of faculty members of the Department of Management Sciences. The MPhil program curriculum enables candidates to master the concepts and skills of research directly relevant to solving business management problems.

Objectives of the MS (Project Management) Program

The purpose of project management is to Plan, Organize, Manage and Deliver the Project Deliverables as per the agreed specifications to meet customer satisfaction. While doing so, there is a constant monitoring, evaluation and controlling of the major constraints of any project.
