Media Studies alumnus Mr Sharjeel Arshad delivered a highly interesting and interactive lecture on ‘Story-telling in the Digital Era’ for the students of BS-4 and BS-1. Mr Sharjeel, who is an anchorperson at Aaj TV and has previously worked at Express News, Metro 1, K-21 and Dialogue Pakistan, shared his experiences of working his way up from being a reporter to a news anchor in various TV channels and digital platforms and gave useful tips to our journalism students who want to make a career in the field. The session was organized by the Department of Media Studies in collaboration with LDC. Senior Lecturer Javeria Shakil supervised the event.
