“A workshop was organized for the students of English Department (H&SS) BUKC having Mr. Mansoor Ahmed Khan as the honorable guest of the session. The event was directed by Sahar Afshan, Lecturer at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, BUKC. The workshop was titled as The Art of Script Writing and Theatrical Performance. Mansoor is a NAPA graduate and runs his own theatrical group ‘Whistle Blowers’. He is also the notable writer to the drama serial ‘Babban Khala ki Betiyan’. Along with Mansoor came his three group members, Ms Sameena Nazir (writer of Khuabzaadi), Mr. Kashif Meer and Mr. Faraz Fahim. The students found the session fruitful for their upcoming professional life; for it highlighted all the necessary and preeminent outlooks to the world of script writing and theatrical performance.”
