Short Biography

Tahir Iqbal has been associated with academician for more than 20 years and with corporate sectors for more than 10 years. At university level, Tahir supervised BS and Master level thesis in different universities and he remained engaged in developing and revising syllabus for BS programs. To his credit, he has presented his research papers in national and international research conferences and moderated conference sessions as well. Tahir is also invited as guest speaker and has moderated panel discussions.  Infused with research, he has travelled from Karachi to Chitral and Kashmir to Quetta for different research projects in development sectors along with conducting professional training. He also has evaluated research projects.  In addition to it, Tahir has developed a good skills of conducting interviews, focus group discussion and deeply engaged MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning) of different research projects. His major research interests lie in family, climate change, religion, health, migration, multiculturalism, sociological perspectives and Qualitative research.
