Workshop practice lab is deal with the basic abilities of electrical engineering students. It offers mandatory subject for  first semester students where they learn about electronic components, electrical wiring and PCB designing. This lab is also utilize for semester projects and final year projects. It supports all the students of Electrical Engineering Department for design and fabricate their PCBs completely by using automatic process or manual process. Workshop practice lab also provides the platform for shaping pieces of metal and sometimes wood or other materials.

 The main goals of Power System Lab at Bahria University Karachi Campus are:

• To provide understanding of electronic components and digital multimeter.
• Practical hand work on electrical home wiring from Electrical home wiring trainer EM-EWT-110/2000 trainer.
• PCB designing processes such as press & peel, screen printing and PCB CNC machine give complete understanding about PCB and its manufacturing.
• Metal removing operations such as turning, grooving, knurling, facing, forming etc perform by lathe machine.
