In order to take on-campus classes and labs, you all have to fill an undertaking. Please login to CMS (https://cms.bahria.edu.pk/) and fill the undertaking, print it and bring it with you when you come to the campus for on-campus classes (PG) and labs (UG). Without undertaking you are not allowed to take on-campus classes and labs.
