Short Biography

A Telecommunication/Academic Professional with MS in Computer Engineering from the USA have more than 17 years of excellence in the telecommunication industry and Academia. An experienced telecom and academic specialist with cross-functional expertise in technical management, project management, and inter-functional coordination. A proven ability to perform well under pressure as well as excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

I have completed my Master of Science (MS) in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI, USA, and my Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from NED University of Engineering and Technology Karachi Pakistan. I am a professional member of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and active member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) USA.

I have gained extensive professional experience across various roles and organizations, which have equipped me with a diverse skill set and a strong foundation in the field of engineering. Since January 2016, I have held the esteemed position of Senior Assistant Professor in the prestigious Department of Electrical Engineering at Bahria University, a federally chartered institution situated in Karachi Pakistan. Throughout my tenure, I have actively immersed myself in the realms of teaching and research, with a specialized focus on Electronics and Computer/Telecommunication Engineering.

Before assuming my role as a Senior Assistant Professor at Bahria University, I honed my expertise during a rewarding tenure as a Senior Service Engineer at Ericsson, a global leader in telecommunications spanning from July 2005 to October 2014. This pivotal experience was instrumental in shaping my prowess within the telecommunications domain. During my tenure at Ericsson, I played an integral part in the triumphant execution of the Warid 4G LTE project, a hallmark achievement that underscored my capabilities. My responsibilities encompassed the meticulous management of LTE site deployment and hybrid radio links, all conducted within stringent timelines.
