 Short Biography

Started my career as Assistant Manager Marketing and switched to the field of HR, as consultant, after that entered into the field of teaching as visiting faculty and then permanently shifted to education industry. Besides doing PhD, I have published eleven (11) papers in several national and international journals. Moreover, also working as member of editorial board (International Journal of Arts and Commerce)
