Bahria University Karachi Campus organized Corporate Advisory Committee (CAC) official dinner on Friday, 13th September 2019 at 2000 hours in campus’s premises. The Corporate Advisory Committee (CAC) is responsible for providing strategic advice, recommendations and assistance to strengthen industry-academia linkages as well as promoting industrial outreach that will contribute to the achievements of the respective departments of BUKC.
Honorable Director General Rear Admiral Mukhtar Khan HI(M) welcomed all the guest with his welcome address. Several Corporate CEO’s attended the dinner including Mr Naeem A Mughal Director-General of EPA, Mr Ateeq ur Rehman – Advisor Banking & Insurance Sub Committee of Karachi Chamber of Commerce, Humayun Qureshi – Director of Datalog, Mia Zahid Hussain SI(M) – President of Pakistan Businessmen & Intellectuals Forum, Zeeshan Abbasi – CEO of MPARSEC, Adnan Kudiya – Motivational Speaker, Mohammad Omer Khan – CEO & Founder of BITS Collision, Adeel Duresh – CEO of Parhao Sabaq, Tauseef Mubeen from IEEE, Eng. Afaq Ali Siddiqui – Deputy General Manager of K Electric, Cdre Mohsin Hayat TI(M) – Director HR of Bahria Foundation, Mohammad Aman Pir – Chairman Justice of Peace District South Govt. of Sindh, Jawwad Ali Shokat – Head of IT at Artistic Apparels, Dr Badar Munir Khan Gauri – HOD RS & GISc at Suparco HQ, Dr Muhammad Tahir Fattani – Associate Professor of Computer Engineering from Sir Syed University, Qazi Nauman Mujahid – COO of EngiTech and Dr Rubeena Kidwai PhD Consultant Clinical Psychologist.
Dean of Management Science Department, Dr. Farooq e Azam Cheema also addressed the occasion about the significance of such networking events and benefits. All over, it was a great platform for BUKc and Corporate Sector to strengthen the linkages. The event was successfully ended with group photos.
