There are 350,000 autistic children in Pakistan – that’s1 out of 66 children in the country and this number is only increasing with time. Due to lack of awareness, limited resources and accessibility, parents have to go through great hassle to make appointments for specialized therapy sessions.
WonderTree develops interactive augmented reality based games for children with autism. These games focus on home based learning and physical therapy. The games have easy to personalise content for children of ages 5 and above, for their varying needs.
Going forward, Waqas is committed to designing a standardised curriculum that would be benchmark for special education.
