Shahzad Qaiser is an accomplished alumnus of Bahria University, Karachi Campus, who has established himself as a prominent figure in the fields of software development, data analytics, and education. From the very beginning, he had an insatiable curiosity for exploring data-driven technologies, and his passion for playing with datasets propelled him to new heights of success.
During his bachelor’s degree, Shahzad interned at the multinational company IBEX GLOBAL – TRG, where he honed his skills in data mining tools and techniques. After completing his degree, he pursued a Master’s in Data Science in Malaysia, where he published five research articles and was awarded the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic and International Award for his exceptional performance.
Upon returning to his home country, Shahzad joined Capital University of Science & Technology, Islamabad, as a permanent faculty member, where he not only taught core computing courses but also published eight research articles in high-impact factor journals. His research article received the best paper award in an IEEE Conference held in the United Kingdom, and he successfully supervised three undergraduate final year projects.
Shahzad’s thirst for knowledge and professional development is evidenced by his more than twenty Data Science certifications from the world’s leading institutions and platforms. He is also an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), having passed various Oracle international exams in Oracle SQL, PLSQL, Forms & Reports.
Currently, Shahzad is working as a Business Systems Analyst at the world’s leading electronics manufacturing multinational company in Austria. Flex is in fortune’s list of most admired companies in the world in 2023. He is part of a diverse Global Information Technology team. He leads the technical documentation in the Infor ERP Application Practice, using his expertise to drive innovation and efficiency.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Shahzad is pursuing a PhD from Klagenfurt University, where his research focus is optimizing industrial systems development lifecycle using Artificial Intelligence models and methods. His dedication to the field of data science, his academic achievements, and his professional success are an inspiration to all aspiring students and a testament to the quality of education offered at Bahria University.
