The Department of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences at Bahria University of Health Sciences Campus (BUHSC) Karachi boasts a team with wide of specialities including Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Nephrology, Psychiatry and Dermatology. Beside that sub-specialities of Critical care medicine, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Infectious Disease and Family Medicine.
Department of Medicine imparts teaching and training to undergraduate students of MBBS, BDS and DPT programs and postgraduate training to FCPS and M-Phil students, where they receive hands-on training at PNS SHIFA hospital encompassing both in-patient and out-patient settings. This experience allows them to apply their knowledge and gain practical skills in medicine.
Our Family Medicine Department, at BUHS campus Karachi serves as a valuable resource for providing medical care to both in-house staff and external patients of surrounding areas for the fulfillment our obligation of serving community and contributing to overall health care environment.
