The Department of Medical Education (DME) at BUHSCK leads Curriculum Development, Assessment, Faculty Development, Educational Research, Quality Assurance, and Accreditation. It promotes Competency-based education through Innovation, Simulation, Technology-enhanced learning, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Through the Leadership and Professional Development Centre (LPDC), the Department conducts Faculty Development Programs, CHPE, and coordinates the University's Structured Mentoring program and Postgraduate Journal Clubs.
