Dr. Rabia Abrar is a Senior Assistant Professor and Cluster Head in the Department of Management Sciences at Bahria University, Lahore Campus. She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from NCBA&E and is a gold medalist from Punjab University.
With extensive experience in academia, research, and training, Dr. Rabia has authored multiple research publications in HRM and Organizational Behavior. She is also a certified trainer, having conducted Franklin Covey certifications for numerous students. Passionate about mentorship and professional development, she has guided and supervised many research students, shaping future leaders in the field of management sciences.
