Important for all candidates

Applicant for admission MUST MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS set-forth by Bahria University.
Candidates are advised to CONFIRM THEIR ELIGIBILITY prior apply.
In case of annual system, eligibility will be determined on the basis of result in percentages.
In case of semester system, eligibility will be determined on the basis of CGPA obtained out of 4.00.
In case the result is shown both in CGPA and percentage, CGPA will be considered.

The Department of Law (DoL) is currently running LLB (4-Years) programme spreading over Eight semesters. The candidates having passed Intermediate / A-level or equivalent examination are eligible for admission. Our LLB degree is in accordance with the guidelines and requirements of the HEC and Pakistan Bar Council. It is an academic as well as professional degree in law and legal studies. The courses recommended by the Pakistan Bar Council as basic courses for joining legal profession are part of the curriculum.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates having passed Intermediates/A level or equivalent examination with 50% marks moreover cleared Law Admission Test (LAT) with 50% marks are eligible for admission however, those aspirants who are not appeared in LAT yet are also eligible to apply for admission but they have to submit result later with the required percentage, in other case admission will be cancelled.

(I) Internships of three (03) credit hours must be completed in accordance with HEC Undergraduate Education Policy V 1.1. This requirement cannot be substituted with additional coursework, capstone, research, or project work.
