Objectives of the Programme:

• To develop a deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices in the software development lifecycle.
• To enable learners to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
• To provide hands-on experience in containerization, orchestration, and cloud-based DevOps tools.
• To impart skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation for scalable and resilient system deployment.
• To train students to monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• To prepare graduates for industry-relevant roles in software development, operations, and cloud computing.

Outcomes of the Programme:

Upon completion of this program, students will be able to:

1. Apply DevOps principles in software development lifecycle – implement collaborative, automated practices for efficient software delivery.
2. Design CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery – develop and manage end-to-end pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
3. Use containerization and orchestration tools – deploy and manage applications in containers using orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
4. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure using declarative tools.
5. Monitor and optimize system performance – evaluate and improve application and infrastructure reliability using monitoring and logging tools.

Minimum Entry Level:

Applicants must possess a minimum of 14 years of education with minimum 45% passing marks from an HEC recognize institution with relevant background.
