Master of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology

  • Applicant for admission MUST MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS set-forth by Bahria University.
  • Candidates are advised to CONFIRM THEIR ELIGIBILITY prior apply.
  • In case of annual system, eligibility will be determined on the basis of result in percentages.
  • In case of semester system, eligibility will be determined on the basis of CGPA obtained out of 4.00.
  • In case the result is shown both in CGPA and percentage, CGPA will be considered.

Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs)

  • To enable the students to have a advance understanding of psychological theories, concepts and methodologies to analyze and address the psychological phenomenon.
  • To enable the students to apply advance research methods and analytical tools to critically evaluate the psychological issues.
  • To helps students, conduct an independent and original research, which provides insights that contribute in academia and practical area.

  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of psychological theories, concepts, and methodologies, integrating interdisciplinary perspectives to analyze and address psychological phenomena across diverse contexts.
  • Apply advanced research methods and analytical tools to critically evaluate psychological issues, design innovative interventions, and contribute evidence-based solutions to challenges in the field of psychology.
  • Conduct independent, original research in psychology, engaging critically with existing literature and employing robust methodologies to generate insights that advance academic knowledge and professional practice.
  • Communicate psychological concepts, research findings, and applications effectively, both orally and in writing, to academic, professional, and public audiences, demonstrating clarity, rigor, and cultural sensitivity.

Admission Criteria

  • Minimum 16 years of education in the relevant field of Psychology with a minimum of 50% marks (in annual system) or CGPA 2.5/4.0 (in semester system). GAT (General) with minimum 50% marks required at the time of admission.
