Programme Objective
The Bachelor of Software Engineering (BSE) programme provides students with skills in software engineering. The curriculum focuses on an object-oriented approach to software development, which is considered by industry as a key technology of the future. The programme provides extensive education in contemporary approaches to analysis, design and implementation of large-scale systems, along with a sound understanding of the traditional aspects of computer sciences such as hardware and operating systems. It also focuses on applications involving multi-media and web-based systems, and gives special importance to the design of effective human-computer interaction.
