After filling in the Application Form, a photocopy is to be made by the candidate. With each copy of the Application Form, set of following documents are to be attached.
Bachelor Programmes
- Attested copy of mark sheet SSC/equivalent.
- Attested copy of mark sheet of HSSC/equivalent.
- Equivalence Certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (A-Levels and equivalent).
- Four recent coloured passport size photographs.
- Attested copy of National Identity Card or B Form if less than 18 years of age.
- Students awaiting A-Level results must submit O-Level Equivalence (IBCC Certificate).
* Copy of SAT-I/II scores are to be attached where applicable.
Master Programmes
- Attested copy of mark sheet of SSC/equivalent.
- Attested copy of mark sheet of HSSC/equivalent.
- Attested copy of mark sheet of Bachelors Degree.
- 4 recent coloured photographs (Pass port size).
- Attested copy of National Identity Card.
- Work experience proof (for MBA for Executives applicants only).
